Deathmatch Village, a game produced by Freeky Games, a subsidiary of Bloober Team that is listed on NewConnect, has over 1.15 million downloads. The game is available on the PlayStation 3 (PS3) and PlayStation Vita (PSV).
- It's a big success of a game, which had minimal marketing budget and reach the greatest console matched productions. Monetization is not yet significant, but we have reached a level of number of users, which will allow us to get more than just a production refund - says Piotr Babieno, President of Bloober Team.
Deathmatch Village is one of the first games in the world dedicated to PS3 and PSV and distributed in the free to play model(F2P). In the European market, where it was released first, it has already been downloaded more than 950 thousand times (537 thousand. at PSV and 419 thousand. on PS3). In the United States, where Deathmatch Village debuted on September 2nd, 2014, the game has almost 200 thousand downloads (121 thousand on PS3 and 75 thousand on PSV). - The European market shows that the title has great potential and the number of users in the US in the coming months should rise significantly - emphasises Piotr Babieno.
